The word

A garden you tend.

These plants are taken the way you tend a garden, all year round. Reishi(Ganoderma lucidum), Chaga(Inonotus obliquus), Cordyceps, Shilajit come from traditions that took them over months, through the seasons.

Reishi is what the Taoists call the mushroom of immortality. Chaga grows on the wounded birches of the northern forests, and lives through the winters. Shilajit seeps from the rocks of the Altai, a black sap of the mountains.

⊹ WHY THIS FAMILY ⊹

Build your base over twelve months.

One possible rhythm:

First: Reishi in the evening, for at least 90 days. It is the pillar, the one the Taoists call the "mushroom of immortality".

Second: Cordyceps or Chaga in the morning, alternating two months / two months. Chaga, born of the wounded birch, has lived through the winter.

Third: Shilajit in six-week periods, two or three times a year. This "black sap of the mountains" seeps from the Altai rocks under the summer sun.
