Reishi Mushroom
$10.27
Nine plants for the deep base. Reishi the "mushroom of immortality," Chaga from the Siberian birch, Shilajit from the Altai — those that consolidate the terrain over the long.
Immunity is not "boosted" — it is cultivated, like a garden. Reishi, Chaga, Cordyceps, Shilajit from the Altai, Shatavari, Ashwagandha: these base plants treat nothing; they feed the terrain on which, otherwise, sickness would come to settle.
Reishi, the Chinese call it the "mushroom of immortality"; Chaga is born of the wounded birches of Siberia — and the harder the winter punishes it, the more powerful it becomes, and that resilience is passed on to us. Shilajit seeps from the rocks of the Altai, black sap of the mountains.

A proven approach:
First: Reishi in the evening, over 90 days minimum. It is the pillar — the one the Chinese call the "mushroom of immortality": it calms, it appeases, it settles slowly into the body.
Second: Cordyceps OR Chaga in the morning, alternating 2 months / 2 months. Cordyceps wakes the drive; Chaga, born of the wounded Siberian birch, passes on the resilience it wrested from winter.
Third: Shilajit in mini-cures of 6 weeks, 2-3 times per year. This "black sap of the mountains" seeps from the rocks of the Altai under the summer sun. Deep remineralization, not continuous.
