Before any plant, start by writing. Every morning, three lines on waking. No plant, nothing else. The journal is the ground. Everything grows there.

Choose the evening plant
Calea Zacatechichi for dream memory. Mugwort for an open softness. Celastrus for clarity. Entada Rheedii for deep nights. One at a time, at least seven nights.

Infuse or smoke according to tradition
For Calea: 10-min infusion then a few leaves smoked just before bed (after the Chontal tradition). For Mugwort: infusion or dream pillow. For Entada: macerated seeds. Read the plant's wiki first.
