Nicely packaged, the pink lotus was great gave a feeling of euphoria when you smoke it. And thank you for the complementary blue lotus as well. With the pink lotus and blue lotus combined gives a great effect.

as usual great I don't know what to say anymore so much I wrote reviews on this page I could repeat again that the Pink Lotus is a magoqie plant, full of spirituality and soothes me a lot Its taste in vaporization, smoking and even herbal tea is very sweet and I really like.

I made a little herbal mix from blue and pink lotus, it smells great and also tastes pretty good. Im not so sure about the lucid dreaming or euphoria though, it's just relaxing. Maybe my expectations were too high, i don't know. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and thank you for the little gift :)

Originating mainly from India and China, the Lotus is considered a highly sacred flower in the Eastern religions and traditions. The Sacred Lotus is known as the Flower of the Buddha.

According to Hindu mythology, Brahma, god of creation and knowledge, was born from a Lotus flower that grew from the navel of Vishnu while he slept on the water.

Pink Lotus has both calming and euphoric effects — inviting deep bodily relaxation and psychic insights. An excellent plant to enrich meditative practices. Pink Lotus is also recognised as a reliable ally of sleep.

Stimulating feelings of inspiration and refined presence, the sacred Lotus flower has a purifying quality with a potential to awaken the soul.

In ancient yoga practice, the circulation and regulation of the energy currents flowing through the body are compared to the blooming of a Lotus flower at the crown of the head. The Lotus flowers will accompany you wherever you are on your spiritual path.

*Padma*, the Sanskrit name of the lotus, shares its root pad with the foot (padmasana, the lotus posture) and with walking — that of the Buddha who, it is said, made a lotus flower under each of his first seven steps. The language itself refuses to separate the flower from what she means.

India. Almost every great deity of the Hindu pantheon is seated or standing on a lotus: Brahma on a pink lotus, Lakshmi on a pink or red lotus, Saraswati on a white lotus, Vishnu, Kubera. The lotus is the throne of the sacred — and yet she grows in the mud, without ever taking herself for the sacred.

Buddhism. The lotus is one of the Eight Auspicious Symbols (ashtamangala). The *Lotus Sutra* (Saddharmapundarikasutra, 1st century BCE — 1st century CE) teaches that all beings carry the nature of Buddha, as the lotus grows in the mud and emerges pure. In Tibet, the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum — "the Jewel in the Lotus" — carries her name. Pink, in that code of colours, is the flower of the historical Buddha himself.

China. Traditional medicine distinguishes six uses according to the part of the plant — seeds (Lian Zi), rhizome (Lian Ou), the embryo of the seed (Lian Xin, more than 400 years of documented use), leaves (He Ye), stamens (Lian Xu), flowers (He Hua). One single being, observed part by part over millennia.

Botanical distinction. Nelumbo nucifera is a true lotus (Nelumbonaceae family), distinct from the Nymphaea water lilies (Nymphaeaceae family), to which the Egyptian blue lotus belongs. A likeness of form, separate lineages — a convergence that gave rise to two majestic flowers venerated in parallel.

Preparation

Marker: one whole flower (or a teaspoon of stamens) per cup.

As an infusion: place the flower in a large cup, pour simmering but never boiling water over it, let it infuse 7 to 10 minutes. Reuse the same flower two or three times. At some point she stops floating, sinks back to the bottom and reopens, entirely submerged — a sight to see. Face up, for her beauty. A little honey or lemon lifts her. In the evening, preferably.
As a bath: one to three flowers in a hot bath, dimmed light — a complete sensory experience.
To smoke: petals and stamens crushed in the hand, sprinkled over your smoking-blend base.

INFUSE offers three forms:

→ Whole flowers (10 / 20 / 50 g) — the most beautiful and the most holistic way. The whole experience of the flower opening in the cup.

→ Pure stamens (10 / 20 / 50 g) — the golden heart of the flower, the Padma kesara of the classical formulations. A teaspoon per cup, the same gentle infusion.

→ Powdered extract (5 / 10 / 100 g) — super-simple: a teaspoon in a hot drink (plant milk, simmering water). A slightly more marked effect than the flower. Obtained by spray-drying the resin, itself made with pure water: the material soaks, boils, is strained, boils again, until it is concentrated.
