Shipping and customs

What you pay INFUSE, and what your country may charge you on delivery.

Your plants ship from France. Within the European Union, the price shown is the final price. Outside the Union, your country’s customs may collect VAT or sales tax and duties, and the carrier may charge for clearance. These amounts go to each country’s authorities and postal service, which set them. Here are the rules, country by country.

European Union

VAT is included in the price shown, the same price across the Union. Nothing to pay on delivery.

Switzerland

What you pay INFUSE

The price shown and non-EU shipping (€8 plus €10 per kilo). No French VAT: the order is an export.

What may be charged on delivery

  • Swiss import VAT: 8.1%, or 2.6% on food, on the value including shipping. It is not collected when it comes to CHF 5 or less, that is a value up to about CHF 62 (CHF 193 for food).
  • Possible customs duties: based on gross weight, higher on food, not collected below CHF 5.
  • Swiss Post clearance fee: CHF 13 base for a parcel from the European Union, plus 3% of the value, CHF 70 at most. CHF 1.50 less if you pay online.

What may be charged on delivery

  • Customs duty: in Norway only clothing and food are subject to it, at a rate that depends on the product and its origin.
  • Posten clearance fee: NOK 46 up to NOK 500 in value, NOK 78 from NOK 500 to 3,000, NOK 278 above.
