How do you use cacao essential oil?
A quarter of a drop to one drop is enough. Rub the dropper against the wrist, place a little on the heart, a little on the lower belly. For massage, dilute it in a vegetable oil. It is breathed in and worn on the skin.
Can cacao essential oil be drunk?
No. Even though it is food grade, it is not swallowed and goes into no drink or preparation: its use is through scent and skin. The cacao you drink is the raw cacao paste of Ceremonial Cacao.
How long does the scent of cacao oil last?
A delicious scent that stays on the skin and on clothes, sometimes for several days.
What is the difference with Ceremonial Cacao?
Ceremonial Cacao is raw cacao paste, grated and whisked into hot water for a drink. Cacao essential oil, in a 5 ml bottle, is laid on the skin: one drop on the wrist, on the heart.
What precautions apply to cacao essential oil?
External use only. Keep out of reach of children, avoid the eyes and mucous membranes. During pregnancy, or on sensitive skin, ask a health professional for advice.
