It's very relaxing and makes me feel euphoric. The flavor is unique, a lemon and aniseed can. I made my grandmother taste, she even almost fell asleep and smelled good By taking this herb I see colors with my eyes closed and I dream very intensely at night. Wonderful and the quality has greatly improved. Perfect for directly calming an anxiety attack or insomnia. Thank you
