A candle, a cushion, a blanket. The space is already saying something to your body before the plant arrives.

No heart plant answers to force. A soft inner voice: 'I'm here, open if you want.' That's enough. The rest belongs to the plant.

Prepare the plant with care
Ceremonial cacao: water never boiling (max 60°C per the wiki), whisk by hand, intention clear. Rose: 10-min covered infusion. Damiana: 8 min. The preparation ritual is itself already an opening.
