Before any plant, start by writing. Every morning, three lines on waking. No plant, nothing else. The journal is the ground. Everything grows there.

Calea Zacatechichi for dream memory. Mugwort for an open softness. Celastrus for clarity. Entada Rheedii for deep nights. One at a time, at least seven nights.
