    It arrived surprisingly quickly, and the packaging was nice. Got a free sample of their blue lotus as well, though I haven't had the heart to try it quite yet. The mugwort is absolutely divine; whether smoking it as a replacement for tobacco or drinking it as a tea, it's the best sleep I've had in years, without making me groggy in the morning. Quite the opposite, I dream a lot more now, and yet I actually feel fully rested after sleep. The flavor is also not all that bitter, I find it quite pleasant, without adding any honey or sugar.

    Ajo Sacha infusion consumed for anti-fungal effect; itching reduced after days.

    I got interested in this plant because of its anti-micotic properties. I read people bathe in the infusion, so I considered rinsing with it - but I decided against it because I don't want to smell garlicky. So I drank it instead - it is nice and sweet, it smells kind of soup-y but n ot in an aggressive, Korean takeaway-like, way. It doesn't taste like garlic, but after 20 minutes or so, you can feel the flavor in your mouth and it persists for a couple hours. And after a few days, it seems to be working, because I'm not itching nearly as much!

    Hello all, so I chew this herb and swallow the Muthi directly. I later soak in in water the masticated bark I don't swallow. I clean it, then dehydrate the bark and store in some water then froth it for one last extraction of the foam. It works wonderfully! I feel energized and calm at the same time with Uqume. I do not dream much or shall I say remember them. When I need to know my Ancestors find a way to tell me in waking dreams which are Intense from all the different dream herbs I take. Cool fact, North American Indigenous Apache kids chew Uqume or Shining Sumac!

    This root is powerful and incredible. It's very helpful with empowering dream cohesion. I aim to take it in the morning as soon as possible as a tea. I use a mortar and pestle and grind it by hand as much as I can, then I pour it into something to help me then scoop and pour it into an empty teabag. It's usually around 11 days when you'll see results I've noticed, as I like to share my enthusiasm with herbs with my family and celebrate their progress and spiritual achievements. (It's great with filtered water and raw organic honey too actually.)

    Bobinana is a gentle plant teacher if you can get into it. I've been drinking it as a tea for a few days and it's already triggered feelings in me that I've tried to close behind a door inside myself. With the necessary mindfulness, this plant helps to create a connection with the heart. I recommend making the tea with chamomile, this can help digest the emerging emotions more easily. Even as incense, it envelops possible stagnant emotions in a caring arrival. The quality of the herbs delivered is excellent and the arrival of my order arrived abroad much faster than expected.     So grateful for the Quick delivery and the dream beans are so beautiful! Also big warm thank you hug for the gifted lotus, will def try it during meditation!!! I did some tea on the calea and oh my was it bitter. Took a spoon full of honey after the tea, brushed my teeth and off to bed. Listened to a friends meditation music and dozed off to sleep. Can't recall or remember right now what I dreamt off but I remember laughing and hearing myself laughing even do I slept. Overall a beautiful experience, woke up feeling joyful and open hearted. Will drink it again. I use to lucid dream alot many years ago so looking forward to it again. The beans...not sure if I will eat them or keep as talismans. Thank you for this good medicine! 🙏🏼🌿😊❤️
